This is your tax money really at work. The Coast Guard is responsible for keeping the commercial waterways well tended and marked. They were pulling up and repairing marks all along the way from Clearwater to Venice.

Sounds like you guys are having fun. I am still working on repairing the damage on our Baja that occurred from the 5 feet of snow that came in a very short time and calapsed the roof of the boat house. It smashed the windshied and buried the boat for several days before I could get all the snow off and tear down the boat house. Luckily temps. warmed up to 15 dergrees while Curtis and I worked on that. The windows are back on as of Friday and I planned on putting all the engine hoses back on this weekend. We have to remove them here because of the freeze problem. Well the freeze is back so it will have to wait.
ReplyDeleteI was sick when I saw what happed to the boat because last year we took it in and had the jell coat reconditioned and the boat looked brand new. Had new tops made and we were cruising in style. It's all coming back together so we will be fine whenever it warms up, above 50 degrees. Glad to see your having fun. Terry and Margaret Holt
